It is suggested that if you have a mobile phone you download WhatsApp. It is free!
Once downloaded search for Rachel and send her a text via WhatsApp.
If you are both on wi fi, It means you can text and make phone calls anywhere in the world for free. This will be Rachel’s preferred means of communication when in port.
I suggest you try sending a text while Rachel is still in the UK. It does work and saves money here too.
So, in port, text her via WhatsApp and if you want a brief chat with her, again via text, she will agree a time to call when she is free and on wi fi.
